Who We Are at The Change Strategy Group

  The Change Strategy Group was founded by Jen Moore in 2024. Over the past two decades, Jen has successfully built and led organizational change management consulting practices, teams, functions, and projects. She is renowned by her clients, peers, and teams for delivering exceptional, fit-for-purpose change management solutions that result in accelerated value realization and an engaged, productive workforce. Prior to establishing The Change Strategy Group, Jen consulted for Slalom Consulting, Enaxis Consulting (part of Accenture), Ernst & Young, and Deloitte Consulting, in addition to serving as an executive at WM (formerly Waste Management) where she led change management and communication functions. She is a native Houstonian and holds an MBA from Rice University and a B.S. from Vanderbilt University.
